1/ Guarantee
Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card number, expiry date, the three last figures on the back of the card and the name of the cardholder. An invalid card number will lead to the cancellation of the reservation.

The hotels reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival in order to check the validity of the card. It will never be debited.

2/ Payment
Payment must be made at the time of departure.

3/ Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours before the envisaged date of arrival, the ATLANTIC HOTEL will charge the amount of one night per reservation.

4/ No-show
In the event of no-show, the ATLANTIC HOTEL will charge the amount of one night per reservation.

5/ Check-in and Check-out
The guest rooms are available from 1pm and must be vacated by 12 noon.
